How to reset Vega T1?
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red for 3 times after the red lights flashes for 3 seconds, it will turn to blue lights in flashing which means it is in pairing mode. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normal.
Can I use Vega T1 when using a PC and VR headset (PCVR) via a Link Cable?
Yes, you can use Vega T1 in PCVR by using a Link Cable, but there are two simple steps you need to follow, which is also shown in the quick-start guide:
1. Do not plug the Link Cable to the Dongle's USB-C port directly, it does not support data transfer. Please plug the dongle into the USB-C or USB-A port (by using the included USB-A to USB-C adapter) on your PC instead of your VR headset.
2. Connect the Link Cable from another USB-C or USB-A port on your PC to your VR headset and choose the audio output as Vega T1.

How can I adjust Vega T1's volume via the earbuds?
Vega T1 does not support volume adjustment by default, but you can adjust the button function in the PrismXR App with the following steps:
1) Go to the Apple app store or Google Play to download the PrismXR App.
2) Pair your device with PrismXR Vega T1.
3) Open the PrismXR App to connect with PrismXR Vega T1.
4) Select ""Controls"".
5) Customize the controls according to your preferences.
Note:
1. Single customized controls are not available when using a single earbud.
2. In the *mixcall state, the volume of the dongle cannot be adjusted with PrismXR Vega T1, but you can manually adjust the device volume themselves.
3. When connected to PS5, the volume cannot be adjusted (PS5 does not support third-party devices to adjust the volume).
4. Some mobile phones and computers do not support volume adjustment due to system compatibility issues. *mixcall state: also named Game and Talk 1). When Bluetooth and the dongle are connected to PrismXR Vega T1 at the same time, you can mix the call, which means you can talk to your friends in a voice chat on discord or a phone call while you are playing games on Quest 3 at the same time. 2). When Game and Talk is enabled, the music on the dongle side can be heard at the same time during a normal call on the Bluetooth side, the volume from the dongle side will also be reduced to a suitable level, so that it doesn't affect the normal call.
Can I use just one of the left or right earbud alone?
Yes, you can. Just remove one earbud from the charging case to use.
If you are using two earbuds, you can put one earbud into the charging case and continue using the other one on its own.
Please note: pairing, resetting, custom EQ, and other operations cannot be performed while only one earbud is being used.

Advice for Vega T1 maintenance?
1. Use the earbuds regularly
Use the earbuds regularly to avoid over-discharge. If earbuds are over-discharged, that can harm the battery life of the earbuds. We recommend using Vega T1 at least once a month.
2. Charge the earbuds after using them
To improve the battery's lifespan, don't wait until there's less than 20% power remaining to charge them. Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the earbuds at least 2 hours (it's best to use a 5V charger).
3. Open the lid of the charging case at least once a month
Open the lid of the charging case at least once a month to ensure the earbuds are still working. Charge the charging case at least once a month.
4. Regularly clean the earbuds
Regularly clean charging pins on the earbuds and charging case with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water.
5. Keep the ear tips clean
Regularly clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips with a bit of rubbing alcohol.

What should I do if the mic picks up no sound while making calls on Vega T1?
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close it
Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case, then take them out again again and try making another call.
2. Restart your phone and reset the earbuds
Reset PrismXR Vega T1, reconnect it, and then try making a call.
3. Setup the sound output
Choose PrismXR Vega T1 on your phone as the sound output if you pick up the call via the phone instead of the earbuds directly.

How to pair the dongle and Bluetooth device (i.e. mobile phone） at the same time
How to pair the dongle and bluetooth device at the same time?
1. After pluging the dongle into the console, the dongle will be paired with the earbuds automatically. At this time, both the dongle and the earbuds will light up in blue.
2. Make sure the earbuds are in the charging case, Open the charging case and press the button on the back of the charging case for 3s until the blue light on the charging case flashes
3. Select "PrismXR Vega T1" from your device's Bluetooth list to connect. The earbuds will establish a connection with the Bluetooth device.
In this mode, the connection between the earbuds and the dongle will be temporarily interrupted until the earbuds are successfully paired with the Bluetooth device, and the connection between the headset and the dongle will be recovered.
How to pairing the extra dongle for the first time?
1. Plug the dongle into an HMD or PC.
2. Use a paperclip with a diameter of about 0.04 inches to insert into the small hole of the dongle, press and hold it for 3 seconds until the dongle enters paring mode with LED indicator flashes blue.
3. Open the charging case and keep it open with the earbuds inside. Press and hold the SET button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue to let the earbuds enter pairing mode.
4. When both the dongle and the earbuds light up in blue, it means you have successfully paired with the extra dongle.
How to switch the dongle connection between different consoles?
After you've successfully paired the extra dongle, you can now switch the dongle connection among multiple consoles.
1. When the dongle lights up in blue, it means the earbuds are connected to this dongle.
2. You can switch the dongle connection on the app. You can also rename the dongle on the app as well.
3. When the app shows the dongle connection has switched successfully, the other dongle in the different device will light up in Blue after the flashing blue light.
How to pair Bluetooth connection?
1. Open the charging case.
2. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
3. Press the SET button on the case for 3 seconds until LED indicator on the case fast flashes blue.
