How to Delete Your Data
To exercise your right to be forgotten and request the deletion of your user data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our customer service team at: customerservice@prismxr.io
- Please use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- Ensure you send the email from the address associated with your PrismXR account so we can verify your identity.
Our support team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once the deletion is complete.
Data Deletion Terms & Consequences
Please be aware that deleting your data is a permanent action and cannot be undone. By requesting data deletion, you acknowledge the following:
- Account Termination: Your PrismXR account will be permanently deactivated. You will lose access to order history, saved preferences, and any loyalty points.
- Personal Information: We will remove personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address from our active databases.
- Marketing Communications: You will be unsubscribed from all marketing emails and newsletters.
Data Retention Exceptions
While we strive to honor all deletion requests, we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction Records: We are legally required to retain records of financial transactions for tax and accounting purposes.
- Legal & Security: Data necessary for legal defense, fraud prevention, or security incidents.
