Carina W1 is unable to charge

Please try the following steps:
  1. Replace the charger and charging cable to charge the Carina W1.
  2. Ensure that the ambient temperature range is between 0°C and 50°C during charging.
  3. During charging, press and hold the button for 5 seconds and check if the indicator light returns.
  4. After the Carina W1's battery is fully depleted, recharge it for a while and then try using the Carina W1 to charge other devices.
