How to clean the product？
Please clean the surface of the product with a damp cloth or alcohol. You can also remove the Strap and wash it with water using the following method:

Remove the left and right straps from Carina W1.

Hand wash the two straps in clean water (you can use laundry detergent if needed).

Allow the two straps to air dry naturally (do not wring them by hand).

Put them back after they are fully dry.
Carina W1 is unable to charge

Please try the following steps:

Replace the charger and charging cable to charge the Carina W1.

Ensure that the ambient temperature range is between 0°C and 50°C during charging.

During charging, press and hold the button for 5 seconds and check if the indicator light returns.

After the Carina W1's battery is fully depleted, recharge it for a while and then try using the Carina W1 to charge other devices.

How do you charge the Carina - can I just plug it in to my computer.
To charge the Carina W1, you will need to use an adapter. The maximum supported charging power is 18W, and it is compatible with charging inputs such as 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A, etc.Please find one for your phone, tablet or other smart devices. However, a computer may not be able to power it or will do it in a slow rate. The out put for PC is less than 10W usually.
Can Carina W1 only be charged using an 18W charging port? How long does it take to fully charge?
No, Carina supports a maximum input of 18W, and most charging ports can be used to charge Carina. If you use an 18W charging port to charge Carina, it will take about 3 hours to fully charge. The supported input protocols are as follows:

The cord organizer cannot be attached.
The adhesive effect may vary depending on the material to which it is applied. To improve the adhesive effect, Please use one of the following methods:

After attaching the cord organizer to the VR device, press and hold it for at least 10 seconds.
Wait for 12 hours before using the cord organizer.

Use the included Velcro strap to secure the cable to the VR device.
