1. Please align the Vision Pro battery along the Vision Pro battery charging cradle and ensure it is securely positioned.
2. Please ensure that the Pogo Pins on the USB-C adapter are properly contacting the Pogo Pins on the dock.
3. You will hear a "beep" sound when the battery is successfully connected and charging.
It will take about 1 hour and 50 minutes for the charging dock to fully charge the Vision Pro battery.
No, the charging cradles are only designed for the Vision Pro battery without a battery holder. If you are using a battery holder with your Vision Pro battery, you should remove it before placing the battery in the charging cradles for charging.
The light next to the USB-C port on the Vision Pro battery displays its charge status. Gently tap or pick up the battery to see the light. Amber means the battery needs to be charged, and green means the battery is fully charged.
It's normal for battery to heat up when charging. This temperature increase is nothing to worry about as there is a built-in temperature protection feature to prevent overheating.
