How to Reset PrismXR Vega T1?

  1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
  1. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red for 3 times after the red lights flashes for 3 seconds, it will turn to blue lights in flashing which means it is in pairing mode. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normal.
