Return Policy
Returns
- 30-Day Unconditional Free Return
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try the product. If it’s not for you—for any reason.
- How to Request a Return
Just send an email to customerservice@prismxr.io with your order details. Our support team will guide you through the process and we guarantee to help you out.
Refunds
Once your return is confirmed, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
After the refund is issued, it typically takes 0–2 business days to appear on your account, depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the order has shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it because the package is already with the carrier and out of our control. However, you’re still fully covered:
- After you receive the product, you can request support or a return under our 30-day unconditional free return policy.
