The sound quality is poor or the volume decreases after mixing.
If the volume is low, please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

It's possible that your phone is in silent mode and received a notification that interfered with the audio from the dongle. Please try disabling silent mode on your phone.

In your Quest, you need to use the physical buttons to increase the volume on the dongle side. Please try using the physical buttons on your Quest to increase the volume.
If you experience poor sound quality, it may be due to the following reasons:

When call audio is mixed with game audio, the volume of game audio is reduced. This is done to help you have better call quality.
