Really good Product with one little drawback

After buying my Quest 3 I quickly was annoyed by having to charge the headset by plugging in the usb cable to charge the Quest and having to change the batteries of the controllers, usually at a time when it was most inconvenient. So I was looking for solution with rechargeable controllers and a "cableless" charging solution for my Quest. And when I founf the Carina I immediately knew "that's what I'm looking for". So I bought the Carina and was pretty happy for a few days.
After a few days the controller would either charge slow or aboard charging before beeing fully charged. Also sometimes the charging process would stop and start and stop an start... and so on. After taking a closer look I notices that the contacts on the controller where corroded, properply due to sweaty palms. So now every few game sessions I got to polish my controller contacts with a Cotton swap, and if the corrosion is really bad with some polishing paste. But over all I still like the carina. If Prismxr would exchange the contacts on the Controllers for stainless steel contacts this problem would properply be gone.
So 4 out of 5 stars for the carina from me, great functionallity, great look, sadly they cut corners when selecting the material for their cotroller contacts.

P.S.: In the one Photo you can see how much grime is comming of the contacts after just polishing them with a simple cotton swap.

Excellent Product, Excellent Support

This charging dock is fantastic. Unlike other docks, this one is compact but still supports the weight of a halo headstrap with the nice addition of the stand on the back of the dock. The magnetic design with the flexible pogo pins gives confidence that you can just place the headset and controllers in and they will be charged for your next play session. I did have an initial issue, but the customer support is so good, they had it resolved within a few days!

Great Product, Excellent Support

The docking station works great. Stores my Quest 3 safe out of the way while charge the headset and controllers. Also charged my elite strap as well. Any problems or issues and the support you receive is world class. Polite, prompt and cant do enough to make the customer satisfied. 5 Star

Great charging station

Great charging station. Was a little confusing to set up at first, but once I got the details right it worked like a charm. Keeps my Quest ready to go when I need it!
